Relaxing Couples Weekend

Nice quiet location. Friendly staff and great rooms. Spa experience was also relaxing and staff were great. Special mention to Harry in the restaurant serving dinner. Made it a very pleasant experience. Lovely food as well, tastes great and did not take long to be served.

EXCELLENT SERVICE & FOOD

Had a wonderful meal at The Belfry, made even better by our fantastic waitress, Millie. She was polite, fast, and incredibly welcoming. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and served us with a great attitude. Excellent food, but Millie’s top-tier hospitality was the real highlight of our evening. Highly recommend!

Lamb rump was to die for! Millie in the restaurant was fantastic, great wine knowledge too! Will be back to this hotel for sure!

sirloin steak one of best I have ever had. waitress Millie was fantastic nothing to much trouble for her seemed busy in restaurant but she still made time to chat to me and the wife . Assest to the team well done!

The best afternoon tea and spa overnight stay for my 40th birthday All the staff were very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond for my special day . We will definitely be returning.

Went to the restaurant for dinner the night before a wedding with family. The food was great and our waitress Helen was exceptional; she was attentive and very down to Earth (quite a laugh!). Would recommend.

Nice cosy experience hotel and especially staff who were quick to accommodate when it got really busy over bank holiday. Thanks to the reception staff Lucija and Jack, morning breakfast team and manager Shivan and also evening restaurant staff Helen who all went above and beyond given extreme busy circumstances and short staffing situation and continued smiling throughout! Massage with Jo!

I had an incredible massage with Jo and can’t recommend them highly enough. From the moment the session started, I felt completely at ease. Jo was attentive, professional, and clearly very skilled. The massage itself was exactly what I needed - deeply relaxing while also releasing so much tension I didn’t even realise I was carrying. Afterwards, I felt noticeably lighter, calmer, and more refreshed both physically and mentally. It was one of the best massages I’ve had, and I left feeling completely renewed. I’ll definitely be booking again.

Lovely Spa Break

We stopped here for a 1 night spa break. Arrived a little early to the 3pm check-in time so headed to a pub around the corner called the Fox and Goat. The hotel is in a lovely peaceful location. Emma on reception greeted us and was extremely helpful. We were upgraed to a Superior King Room unexpectedly which was a lovely surprise. Lovely welcome card. And some complimentary drinks in the mini fridge was a lovely touch. Breakfast was buffet style but all delicious. Pool and spa facilities were lovely and clean. We will be back. Thank you.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was huge with thoughtful touches such as towel hook by shower and magnifying mirror in bathroom.Our room had amazing views and was really quiet. we saw a deer in the garden. It was my husbands birthday and the hotel left a card and chocolates in the room which was lovely.breakfast was excellent and veggie sausages a real plus. We had a meal and the restaurant food was delicious. We sat out in the garden one evening with a drink and that was lovely. we had an early morning swim and had the pool and spa area to ourselves. a real treat. we found the hotel to be well maintained and the staff we met were all very friendly and helpful

A memorable and enjoyable break

Oxford Belfry is an excellent location to stay so as to visit Oxford. Park and ride is located within a ten minute drive from hotel. The hotel has a lovely ambiance and team members are welcoming. courteous, polite, friendly and at all times seeking to make your stay a memorable experience. Rooms are fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Food is freshly prepared and enjoyable to eat.

Children under 16 stay free when sharing a room with a paying adult and children aged 4 & under eat for free.

We accept dogs for a charge of £25 per dog, per stay up to a maximum of two dogs. Dog friendly stays must be booked through our Contact Centre on 0330 107 1599.

Oxford Station is only 13 miles away, and King's Cross Station is 90 minutes away.

What car parking facilities do you have?

We have 450 complimentary parking spaces available. Vehicle registration is required at check-in. Our car park is open, so please ensure you don't leave any valuables in your car. We also have 10 AC bays and 2 DC bays on site for charging electric vehicles.

Can I use the spa and gym if I’m staying in the hotel?

Guests are invited to use the Health Club facilities on a complimentary basis during their stay, between check-in at 3pm until check-out at 11am.

Access to the facilities is subject to availability and capacity at the time of use.

Spa treatments are available at an additional charge.

Is there a charge to use the health club facilities?

If you're staying with us, you're welcome to use the pool and health club facilities free of charge. There is an extra charge for any spa treatments. (Worth every penny, though, if you ask us!) If you're visiting our hotel just to use our facilities, you will need to pay a one-off fee of £25 per adult or £15 per child for all day use. Unless you have a gym membership, in which case, welcome back!
