Relaxed atmosphere
The hotel is nicely situated outside Oxford,the rooms are clean and roomy.The tranquil settings are perfect after a busy day out and about but the biggest complement is the staff, they are friendly,happy and a special mention goes to Helen in the Restaurant who was very attentive to mums allergies. Definitely consider using this hotel again
Helen Made Our Evening Special
We’re currently staying at the Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa for the night, and we’ve had a lovely experience so far. The facilities have been great, and with the weather being so hot today, the pool area was the perfect place to relax and unwind. It was peaceful, well kept, and exactly what we needed. We had dinner at the restaurant this evening. Although things got off to a slightly rocky start, Helen completely changed the experience for us. From the moment she stepped in, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were enjoying ourselves. She brought our food out promptly, checked in on us throughout the meal, and made us feel welcome without ever being overbearing. Helen was an absolute pleasure to deal with and is a real asset to the hotel. The level of service she provided stood out and made a lasting impression on us. She deserves recognition for the way she looks after guests. A big thank you to Helen and the team. We’re really enjoying our stay and look forward to the rest of it.

Lovely couple of days stay
I attended a work event and decided to stay an extra night. Really lovely stay. Staff on reception (shout out to Max and Sal) were courteous, professional and helpful. Our room was lovely and spacious. We made the most of the gardens and enjoyed drinks in the sun. We ate at the restaurant and Leo our server was excellent! Also very handy location if you are heading into Oxford or Bicester outlet centre.
Best ever experience
All in all it was very nice experience staying in the hotel all the staff member was very nice and helpfull especially Helen in restaurant is a gem to the hotel.
Very relaxing
A lovely hotel, staff very helpful. Very impressed with Max trainee on reception and he looked after the bar all day.
Pleasant sty
Relaxing hotel, food a bit expensive for what you get. Rooms nice and big, ours had a wonderful view over countryside. Some staff more friendly than others but overall, they were okay. Spa was very good although disappointing that the steam room was not in use. Room had a lot of litter under the sideboard and chairs, we were compensated with a free drink. Bathroom fan wasn't working but we reported it on departure as we only stayed one night. Great to see disabled people working in hotel but not a good idea to let them wait on tables as most of our coffees were in the saucer, poor guy did his best but at £4 a drink you expect a full cup. Would stay again as we had a lovely time on an overnight spa break that was good value.

Nice hotel in a nice area.
Nice hotel in a nice location. There are lots of places to visit in the surrounding areas. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The spa facilities were good, although it's a shame there is not a jacuzzi! The breakfast was good. The continental breakfast was one of the best I've had. We stayed when the weather was very hot. The room was very warm. There isn't any air conditioning and the quilt was far too heavy. Hence, we didn't sleep very well. A lighter quilt/blanket and a wider opening window would have been more suitable.
Exceptional service - a memorable stay.
Once we had checked in it was clear there was a problem with the room we had requested. Staff worked hard to solve the problem and we were very pleased to get an upgraded room and complimentary drinks to make up for the inconvenience. Tomas Griffith and Lucje were particularly helpful and went out of their way to sort the issue. This was on top of the normal very high standard of service and accommodation we have come to expect from this hotel.
What a lovely experience
The experience was absolutely lovely, well organised. Stunning place, but warm but cannot be helped by the British weather. Eric was lovely at the spa reception and then Brenda was an absolute gem who look after me, the massage was amazing. I feel like a new woman. Thank you team.
A comfortable friendly hotel.
A lovely friendly hotel . We were there during the heatwave and thank goodness the hotel had air conditioning! Our room was very comfortable even though a very long walk from reception, bar and restaurant. The bathroom was spacious and had an excellent walk-in shower. The only thing we were disappointed with was the food. The menu was typical bar food, chips and salad with everything and at a high price.
Five-Star Service and a Relaxing Stay
We had a fantastic stay at the Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special. A special mention goes to Helen, whose friendly smile, professionalism, and exceptional care really stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her kindness made our experience even more memorable. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful stay. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend the Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent well recommended
We were recommended this spa hotel by a friend, and we honestly couldn’t recommend it highly enough ourselves. The hotel and spa offer fantastic value for money, but what really made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service we received from the moment we arrived. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. We loved our spa treatments—they were so relaxing and professionally delivered. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious, with every meal beautifully prepared and full of flavour. A special thank you to our waitress, Helen. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Despite being very busy, she made us feel genuinely valued and looked after throughout our meal. We will definitely be recommending this wonderful hotel and spa to our friends and family, and we can’t wait to return ourselves!
Wonderful break away
It was a lovely location, quiet and the hotel was clean. Very accommodating and helpful staff. We booked a spa break, our therapist Victoria was extremely helpful, asking both me and my parent separately if we had any particular muscular points to focus on. It was wonderful. Would recommend to stay again. The spa facilities itself could be improved as it is quite small but overall lovely stay.

Came here as stopover, big rooms, great gym, pool, sauna, and tennis courts was fun with mates
Belfry Spa Day
Both myself and my husband came to the Belfry hotel for a spa day which was amazing (my second time in about a month or so!). We had a signature spa day with included treatments and a light lunch (very filling though!). I had a neck, shoulder and scalp massage and then an elemis facial, both done by Ti. She is an absolute asset to the spa team and is one of the loveliest members I have met. She is very warm, makes you feel super welcome and at ease. And in terms of her massage abilities, 10 out of 10! She almost put me to sleep during both, her massage was amazing and she did a great facial on me too. I'm pregnant and with knowing this she was super accommodating. I would recommend coming to the Belfry for a spa day and if you can choose, ask for Ti as your spa therapist! You're amazing Ti!
